Goodbye Pain

I finished a business lunch in the Hotel Las Dunas with the back pains that had been plaguing me for years. Then I remembered that there was a doctor's practice in the hotel: Drs. Rosemarie and Hans Bernerth's health resort. After a comprehensive discussion with the doc­tors I agreed to the suggested therapy and received my first treatment. I lay on my stomach in a state of relaxation while my doctor told me exactly where my problem zones were. After the pain points were localized the combination thera­py began, consisting of ultrasonic and electrical stimulation. The ultrasound performs a deep down micro massage  that produces heat through friction. This warmth improves the blood circulation in the respective regions while the electrical stimulation works like a local an aesthetic. After this therapy was finished , I received neural therapy and acupuncture to the pain points which my doctor also called »infiltration acupuncture«. The same needle that relaxes is also used to infiltrate vitamins along with circulation-condu­cive and anti-inflammatory naturopathic remedies that do not cause any side effects.

I was quite surprised by how gentle and painless the treat­ment was. After this I lay an my back and noticed that the couch was pampering me with a back  massage. Finally, I had a mild chiropractic treatment after which I felt as good as new.
